Meifeng has taken the lead of adopting new techniques of ammonia-free power cryogenic recovery and hollow fiber membrane dehydrogenation, importing improved Kellogg conversion process, Stamicarbon CO2 stripper and other international leading technology, of which the ammonia consumption is less than 34.6GJ/tNH3 and the co-production of synthetic ammonia urea &steam is self-sufficient.After importing the production line, Sichuan Meifeng imported multi-layer & co-extruded FFS bag and production line of the package, which filled in the gaps of domestic packaging products of fertilizer on this project. After importing the production line, Meifeng researched and developed the core formula independently which reached international advanced level. Sichuan Meifeng is designated as “National Standard Enterprise of FFS Bags”. Meifeng’s research and development on the core formula is awarded as high tech by China Ministry of Finance.
